Dealership FAQs:
Q: Do you offer military discounts?
A: Yes! You serve, you save. As a token of our appreciation, the Nissan Military Program offers discounts between $500 and $1,000 and can be combined with all current national and regional incentives.
Q: Can I sell my car here even if I'm not buying a car from you?

Q: Do you have any Nissan specials or deals for my recent graduate?
A: Yes! With Nissan's college grad program, graduates can get up to $500 Nissan cash back off MSRP on top of existing offers. Proof of eligibility is required.
Q: What should I look for when test-driving a car?
A: Your needs are unique, so it’s important to know what you’re looking for when you head out for a test drive. Maybe you need extra cargo space or you want to make sure getting a car seat in and out is feasible. In addition to your unique needs, note the comfort, technology, functionality, and overall driving experience.
Q: Do I really need to rotate my tires?
A: Yes. This is one of the simplest maintenance services, but it makes all the difference in the life of your tires. Rotating your tires on a regular basis–we recommend doing it at every oil change–distributes wear. Your front tires are likely to wear down first, due to the weight of the engine. Rotating them ensures your tires wear more evenly.
Q: What is the difference between buying and leasing?
A: Buying a car usually comes with higher monthly payments, but once you make those payments, the car is yours. After the length of your loan, you’ll be free and clear with no car payments. In addition, you can drive the vehicle as much as you want and make any alterations your heart desires.
When you lease a vehicle, your monthly payments will likely be lower than purchasing, but you’ll always have a payment. Once the term of your lease is up, you can buy it out or trade in for a newer vehicle. Leases also come with mileage restrictions, which may not be suitable for anyone who drives more than the average amount, usually 12,0000-15,000 miles per year.
Q: I'm in the market for a new car but I'm not sure which vehicle is best for my lifestyle. Can you help?
A: Yes! Our sales team knows Nissan inside and out, so we can help you find the perfect vehicle for your lifestyle. Whether you need a reliable daily driver, a roomy SUV, or something that can go off the beaten path once in a while, we’ve got you covered.
Q: When should I get new brakes?
A: Your brake life will depend on your driving habits and the climate in your area. If you hear grinding, squealing, or other noise from your brakes, it’s likely time to replace them. In addition, if you notice that it takes longer to come to a complete stop, your brakes need attention.
Q: When should I change my oil?
A: Most cars need an oil change every 5,000-7,000 miles or every 3-6 months, whichever comes first.
Q: I don't have the best credit, can I still get approved for a car?
A: Our financing team works with a large range of buyers and lenders to secure the best rates possible, even if your credit needs some work. You can get started by filling out our Finance Application or calling our Finance Center. Be sure to ask our finance team about Nissan financing deals and other offers, like Nissan Sentra incentives.
Q: What is the difference between used and certified pre-owned?
A: Buying used or certified pre-owned Nissan cars or SUVs provides you with more options and increases your purchasing ability. Certified pre-owned Nissan cars are lightly-used recent models that undergo a 156-point inspection and come with a CARFAX® Vehicle History Report™. A used vehicle can be any age and while it undergoes a quality inspection, it is not as thorough as a certified pre-owned inspection.
Q: I'd like to buy out my leased vehicle, how do I do that?
A: Our finance team would be happy to guide you through the lease buyout process. Feel free to give us a call or come in to meet with our team to learn more and buy out your lease!
Q: Do you have a budget-friendly inventory?
A: Yes! We have both new and pre-owned vehicles in a range of prices. You can explore options for used cars under $15,000 by clicking here. Our inventory includes a variety of used vehicles, such as pre-owned Nissan Altimas, Pathfinders, and Rogues.
Q: Do you sell used vehicles of other brands besides Nissans?
A: Yes, we accept and sell used vehicles from a wide range of manufacturers.
Q: Do you sell electric vehicles?
A: Our inventory varies, but we often have electric vehicles in stock! If you have questions about ordering or purchasing an EV, don’t hesitate to contact us!
Q: What information or documents do I need to provide to apply for financing?
A: Typically, you will need to provide identification, proof of income, proof of residence, and details about your employment history. Our finance team will provide the specific requirements needed.
Q: Are there any additional fees or charges I should be aware of when buying a car?
A: Additional fees like sales tax, documentation fees, and registration fees are common. Our sales team will provide a transparent breakdown of all costs associated with your purchase.
